WORLD WAR II and COLD WAR Tour
Focus on the years between 1933 and 1989 with brief excursions to the years before and after.
This tour packs it all in: Checkpoint Charlie, the Topography of Terror, the former Reichs Ministry of Aviation, Potsdamer Platz, the Holocaust Memorial, and Brandenburg Gate. And for David Bowie fans among you – there’s even the option to stop at the fabled Hansa Studios, where Bowie recorded his legendary Heroes album.

ROYAL & IMPERIAL BERLIN
This tour covers all the Berlin Highlights of the 5 centuries when Prussia was ruled by the Hohenzollern dynasty, including a string of masterpieces by Schinkel (Neue Wache, Altes Museum, etc.), as well as the newly renovated State Opera, Bebelplatz (where on May 10, 1933, the infamous book burnings took place), the Barenboim Said Academy Building, and of course, Museum Island.
This tour is for all those, interested in 18th and 19th century architecture, the merits of King Frederick The Great, and what life was like in the Kingdom of Prussia and later, the German Empire.

EXPLORING JEWISH BERLIN
This 3-4 hour walking tour through an area that was populated with Jews until the Nazis chased them out or deported and murdered them. On this walk we’ll come across Berlin’s oldest Jewish Cemetery, the New Synagogue, Otto Weidt’s Workshop for the Blind (where he hid Jews from deportation), Moses Mendelssohn’s tombstone, the Missing House, the Barn Quarter, a former Jewish Girls’ School (now a swanky eatery and a kosher deli), and many other things that’ll stun, fascinate and impress you.
