Booking:
You can book your tour by phone, email, WhatsApp, or by simply using the contact form provided. Your booking will then be confirmed by email. Once confirmed, your booking is binding. Alternatively, you can book your tour using the BOOK NOW button. Berlin-Tours uses Fare Harbor as a booking tool.
Cancellations:
Are free of charge until three days prior to the start of the tour. After that, a 50% charge of the actual booking fee applies. For cancellations made on the day as well as for no-shows, the full charge applies, without any refund.
Payment:
There are several payment options: wire/ money transfer, cash, or by credit card in case you’re using the Book Now option. If your requested method of payment is wire/ money transfer, please be aware that the amount is due prior to the start of the tour.
